I’m Cheryl Grant — a property consultant, investor, and entrepreneur known for my creative approach to building wealth through property. Most people in the industry know me as “Chez.” With a career that began in social housing and evolved through financial services into full-time property investment, I bring over 30 years of hands-on experience, strategic insight, and an unshakable passion for helping others achieve property success. Whether it's Permitted Development, Buy-to-Let, Rent to Rent, or commercial-to-residential conversions, I love uncovering opportunities and empowering people to make bold, informed moves.
My Story
I started my journey in social housing, where I specialised in development, sales, supported housing, and private sector leasing. After more than 15 years in that sector, I transitioned into financial services as an Independent Financial Adviser, guiding clients on mortgages, pensions, and investments. Today, as a seasoned property entrepreneur, I leverage a wide range of strategies including BRRR, Rent to Rent, and Permitted Development to grow and diversify my portfolio.
With a Postgraduate qualification in Housing Management, an MBA, and IFA credentials, I combine strong academic foundations with the real-world experience needed to navigate compliance, planning, and risk in the ever-changing property landscape. What excites me most about working with NPC is the opportunity to help others realise their goals, while building strategic partnerships across the industry.
When I'm not securing deals or mentoring others, you'll find me enjoying live music, keeping fit, or learning to roller skate. My motto? “Don’t count the days, make the days count.” And my best advice to new investors? Feel the fear and do it anyway—today is always the perfect time.
