I’m Ade F-Stone — property investor, entrepreneur, and strategic dealmaker. I started in retail, building a national business, before shifting my focus to property investment and development. My goal is to help others spot opportunities, structure smart deals, and grow with confidence. For me, success is about resilience, vision, and making bold moves.
My Story
I’ve always seen challenges as opportunities. My entrepreneurial path began with a nationwide mobile phone business, where I built a retail brand that scaled to over 70 locations in partnership with T-Mobile. After successfully exiting that venture, I shifted into property — growing a multi-million-pound portfolio and championing innovative deal structures like the “Buy-Refurbance-Refinance-Rent” model.
Now, I focus on commercial property, bridging finance, and new developments. I support clients through strategic deal structuring, funding solutions, and block management, always aiming to stay ahead of industry shifts. My mission is to empower others to see opportunity in change and invest with confidence.
