Deanne went from purchasing her first house at 18, whilst working in banking, to becoming a leading figure in business and property investment.

Dealing with personal challenges, including her son's and daughter’s illnesses and disabilities and her own health struggles, could have and perhaps would have, knocked many of us off course. But not Deanne.

She dug deep, found her resilience, and turned obstacles into stepping stones.

She spotted an opportunity in the childcare sector and climbed that industry ladder to understand every nook and cranny, employing staff at a number of locations. At the top, she found something surprising:

A springboard into property investment, allowing her to scale her businesses and move into commercial property and secure larger locations. She subsequently diversified into other business sectors, creating employment opportunities there too.

ADE FABUNMI-STONE
Ade knows how to scale a business. With his experience building a retail brand with 27 locations and over 100 employees - his track record speaks volumes about his knack for driving growth and profitability.
IT WASN'T AN EASY JOURNEY
​
Ade's professional journey is a testament to resilience and strategic acumen.
His true calling in entrepreneurship led him to launch a successful mobile phone business in the early '90s at the very start of the expanding sector. This business quickly scaled to 27 retail stores in collaboration with T-Mobile which saw Ade employing over 100 staff, nationwide.
After a successful buyout of that retail brand, Ade moved towards property as a way of increasing his net worth, developing a profitable "Buy-Split-Refurb-Refinance-Rent" model, demonstrating a keen ability to adapt and thrive even through challenges like the 2008 property crash.
His journey continued as he scaled his portfolio to include commercial property and new-build developments as well as launching a bridging finance business to help other investors secure funding for their deals, showcasing his ongoing commitment to growth and innovation in the property sector.
